Engine and transmission
At the core of the new X-ADV, we can find the same powerful 745-cc 8-valve parallel twin-cylinder Euro5 compliant engine that kicks out a maximum power of 57.8 hp at 6,750 rpm and a peak torque of 69 Nm at 4,750 rpm.
While the engine is familiar, the gearbox gets an extensive upgrade. Integrated with throttle-by-wire optimization, the 6-speed Dual Clutch Transmission now reacts much more smoothly when starting, stopping, or during a low-speed U-turn. It comes with five modes - Standard, Sport, Rain, Gravel, and a customisable USER, offering more refined shifting.

Design
The refreshed adventure scooter features sharper and more aggressive bodywork with new rugged fairings. Honda has incorporated sustainable materials such as recycled plastics and biomass plastic (Durabio™) into the vehicle’s bodywork, panels, and covers.
The 2025 Honda X-ADV is equipped with new dual LED projector headlights mated to daytime running lights and indicators, using Honda's 'hidden eye' technique to enhance visibility.

The scooter’s windshield has also been redesigned for easy 3-step adjustments while the seat has been reshaped and now comes with thicker urethane foam for improved comfort. Adding to the comfortable driving experience is a seat height of 820 mm (optional 920 mm) and a wider handlebar.
The two-wheeler also houses a 22-litre under-seat storage compartment that can hold a full-size adventure-style helmet. It features an improved LED light and a new luggage divider, preventing your belongings from moving around when riding.

Features
The latest version of the Honda X-ADV comes kitted with several advanced tech features, including -
- New cruise control system that integrates smoothly with the DCT and improves comfort during long rides. It can be activated via right-hand switchgear, with control buttons on the left.
- New 5-inch full-colour TFT screen with improved sunlight readability and three customizable display patterns - Bar, Circle, and Simple

- Honda RoadSync smartphone connectivity that enables on-screen turn-by-turn navigation, music, and voice calls via Bluetooth.
- Updated Smart Key system for ignition, fuel cap, and seat opening.
- Auto-cancelling turn signals that use front and rear wheel speed differences instead of a timer.
- USB-C charging port that allows you to charge smartphones, and other electronics on the go.

Suspension and braking
The new X-ADV runs on 17-inch front and 15-inch rear wheels wrapped with 120/70 R and 160/60 R tyres, respectively. The suspension and braking setups are as follows -
Suspension |
Front: 41 mm SFF-CA USD Rear: Monoshock damper, Pro-link swingarm |
Braking |
Front: 296 mm Hydraulic double disc with radial 4-piston calliper, ABS Rear: 240 mm Hydraulic single disc with 1-piston calliper, ABS |

In a nutshell, the all-new Honda X-ADV is a versatile and tech-savvy choice for both city riders and off-road enthusiasts.
