2024 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR Winter Test Edition revealed; limited to just 25 units

KUALA LUMPUR: Kawasaki has pulled the wraps off the all-new Ninja ZX-10RR Winter Test Edition in the global market. The special edition gives a nod to the massive success of the Ninja ZX-10RR and is available in a very limited quantity of just 25 units.

Designed and prepared by the WSBK Kawasaki Racing Team department, the Kawasaki ZX-10RR Winter Test Edition features a new black livery with grey and neon yellow body graphics. A snowflake logo is positioned on the side fairing, and a numbered plate is available on the tank protector, which highlights the bike’s exclusivity.

The ultra-exclusive Kawasaki ZX-10RR also comes with an Akrapovic exhaust system, enhancing performance and improving aerodynamics. It is powered by a 998-cc inline-four cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine, which kicks out a maximum power of 214 hp and a peak torque of 119 Nm. 

Also part of the kit is a built-in cruise control system, a quick shifter, a traction control system, Ohlins steering dampers, a cornering management function, and a large, full-colour TFT display.

The 2024 Kawasaki ZX-10RR Winter Test Edition price tag reads EUR 33,000 (approximately equal to RM 168k). As mentioned above, only 25 units of the bike will be available worldwide, of which 10 units are reserved for the French market.

The owners of this exclusive track machine will also get an exceptional privilege i.e. a two-person VIP entry to any WSBK round of their preference. This includes exclusive access to the paddock, KRT hospitality, and boxes, as well as a guided tour of the KRT Box, providing an opportunity to meet the team's racers, Alex Lowes and Axel Bassani. That means, the motorcycle stands not only as a symbol of cutting-edge engineering but also as a ticket to the heart of the racing world. 

Whether the special ZX-10RR Winter Test Edition will make its way to Malaysia remains uncertain at this time. However, local enthusiasts have the opportunity to experience the standard ZX-10RR, available for purchase at the retail price of RM 159,900.
