2024 Ducati Multistrada V4 S Grand Tour breaks cover

KUALA LUMPUR: The 2024 Ducati World Premiere kicked off in July with the introduction of the all-new 2024 Monster 30°Anniversario edition. Now, the second episode of the brand’s annual unveiling gala unveils the 2024 Ducati Multistrada V4 S Grand Tour, targeting long-distance touring motorcyclists.

Let’s know the key highlights of the 2024 Ducati Multistrada V4 S Grand Tour -

• The new Ducati bike is based on the Multistrada V4 S with the same electronics kit and wheel sizes, however, what makes it different is an exclusive Grand Tour livery, dedicated graphics, and a bunch of touring and comfort accessories 
• It comes with side panniers offering an overall volume of 60 litres, heated grips, heated rider and passenger seats, and a centre stand making loading/unloading easier

• Dubbed as the “most complete Mutlistrada V4 ever”, the bike also features a handlebar mounted rigidly on the steering head, heat shields on the swingarm and on the left side of the rear subframe, closable ducts in the leg area, and ventilated smartphone compartment
• Also part of the kit is a Minimum Preload function which makes the handling more convenient by lowering the Skyhook semi-active suspension setup when riding at low speed or stopping

• The 2024 Ducati Multistrada V4 S Grand Tour is powered by a 1,158-cc V4 Granturismo engine which is capable of generating a maximum power of 170 hp at 10,500 rpm and a peak torque of 125 Nm at 8,750 rpm

• Other key highlights include - a 6.5-inch TFT-LCD with smartphone mirroring and navigation, Easy Lift function, Keyless start system, auxiliary LED lighting, IMU-based cornering ABS, Ducati Wheelie Control, Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Cornering Lights, Vehicle Hold Control, and a tyre pressure monitoring system
