Two new GWM 4S centres open in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Great Wall Motors has expanded its footprint in Malaysia with the launch of two new 4S centres. One of these outlets is located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, while the other one is in Butterworth, Penang.

GWM 4S centre Seremban

The new GWM 4S Seremban centre is operated by Seremban Victory Credit Sdn Bhd. It has a built-up area of approx 11,000 sq ft with a spacious showroom floor and service area. The former can display up to five GWM new energy vehicles simultaneously, whereas the service area incorporates four service bays to meet all sorts of after sales needs of customers. The outlet is managed by a group of 12 staff members.

GWM 4S centre Butterworth 

Operated by CS Euro Auto, the GWM 4S centre Butterworth is spanned across an area of 25,000 sq ft. The showroom area can accommodate up to five GWM models at a time. Here, the service division houses a total of six lanes. A total of 17 personnel manage the GWM centre in Butterworth.

Amenities available at both new GWM 4S centres are an open lounge area, meeting rooms, a gaming area, WiFi, and complimentary coffee and snacks.

The transport minister YB Anthony Loke Siew Fook officiated the opening of the Seremban centre, which aims to fulfil the rising demand for GWM EVs in Negeri Sembilan. It focuses on EV adoption with the automaker’s latest range of new energy vehicles and after-sales service support. 

The automaker’s expansion in the local market supports the Malaysian government’s effort to become a carbon-neutral country by 2050.
