Proton X70 to launch today, join the live launch at 8:40 PM

KUALA LUMPUR: Automakers try all the tricks they have to launch their newest offerings in a unique way. Our in-house auto giant, Proton, has taken things a step ahead and will be officially launching the SUV we all have been waiting for via a live broadcast on its official Facebook page.

Today, i.e., on 12 December at 8:40 PM, the Malaysian car manufacturer will be broadcasting the live feed of the launch of Proton X70. The launch event will be held at KLCC Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur. The broadcast can be viewed on the official Facebook page of Proton. During the launch, there will also be a contest held for the people who will join the event through the live feed.

But wait, there is a lot more to the story than just the unique way of reaching out to as many people as possible. Along with the physical launch event and its live feed, there is a special contest for the people who will be joining the official launch event online.

Here is what has been shared on the official Facebook page of Proton, “It will be the event you won’t want to miss out. We will also be giving away more than RM10,000 worth of vouchers during our live broadcast. All you need to do is answer the questions that will be asked during our Facebook live broadcast*!”.

That is some smart trick to make Proton X70’s presence felt and lure in more potential buyers, ain’t it? What’s more? As the official launch is finally happening, Proton will also be revealing the prices of the 4 different variants which will be on offer in the country.
