Naza Group resumes operations

KUALA LUMPUR: Several automotive brands under Naza Group have resumed operations following Prime Minister’s Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) announcement on 1 May 2020.

Automotive companies under Naza Group reopening today are -

• Naza Italia Sdn Bhd
• NZ Wheels Sdn Bhd
• Naza Kia Malaysia Sdn Bhd
• Nasim Sdn Bhd
• Naza Euro Motors Sdn Bhd
• Naza Motor Trading Sdn Bhd.

The premises of all these brands will adhere to the strict safety measures enforced by the local authorities. Naza Group, in its official statement, made clear that the health and safety of its employees and customers during this critical times are of utmost importance. Therefore necessary hygiene and social distancing measures will be put on place.

NZ Wheels Sdn Bhd, the distributor of Mercedes-Benz, is opening its doors for the public but for bookings only at its Johor Bahru Autohaus, Klang Autohaus, and KL North-East Service Centre outlets. Customers who wish to visit the service centres will have to contact the respective branches to make a booking. All contact info is available on NZ Wheels social media pages.

Naza Kia Malaysia is resuming operations at its authorised centres in stages. Also, its ‘Kia Promise’ programme assures customers that MCO will not affect after-sales aspects (warranty), and it ends in June 2020. Customers are given a grace period of 2000 km or two months beyond the standard 10,000 km or six months service interval to service their car following the MCO end.

Naza Euro Motors Sdn Bhd (Citroën Malaysia and DS Malaysia) and Nasim Sdn Bhd (Peugeot) have resumed aftersales services, and customers would be required to book an appointment before their visit.

The Group made it clear that all warranties for Kia, Citroen, and DS will be honoured if the service due dates or appointments fall within the MCO period. Naza Automall PJ, the largest automotive outlet in the country with a variety of car brands under one roof, has also resumed operation at regular business hours, i.e., 9 am to 6 pm.
