Mitsubishi Motors expands presence in Terengganu with new 3S Centre

KUALA LUMPUR:  Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has strengthened its footprint in Terengganu with the opening of a new 3S Centre (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) in partnership with authorized dealer Lajina Motors Sdn Bhd.

This marks the third Mitsubishi Motors 3S outlet in the state and brings the brand’s nationwide network to 61 showrooms, ensuring greater accessibility for customers.

The new facility is strategically located along the Kota Bharu-Kuala Terengganu route, at Lot 3309-3310, Jalan Padang Luas, Taman Pelangat 2, Jerteh, Terengganu.

Its prime positioning along a major thoroughfare is designed to cater to customers in the surrounding areas, making it easier for Mitsubishi owners to access services.

Spanning 3,600 square feet, the 3S Centre is built in line with Mitsubishi Motors’ global brand identity, "Drive your Ambition." It boasts a modern showroom equipped with a range of customer conveniences, including a cozy lounge with Wi-Fi and a kid's corner, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere.

Additionally, the centre houses a fully equipped service area with several service bays, ready to handle the needs of Mitsubishi vehicles in the local community.

The aim is to provide efficient, high-quality service to existing customers while extending Mitsubishi’s reach in the region.

"As MMM progressively launches new Mitsubishi Motors models in Malaysia, we want to ensure our customers have greater coverage and accessibility of showrooms and service centers in an area convenient to them," said Shinya Ikeda, Chief Executive Officer of MMM. "Through this strategic move of opening a new showroom today, we aim to cover untapped locations and extend our sales and services to an even wider audience in Jerteh."

Ikeda also highlighted Lajina Motors' longstanding partnership with the brand. "Lajina Motors has been with Mitsubishi since 2015, and this is their second 3S outlet in Terengganu.

Lajina Motors operates from Saturday to Thursday, from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM, and remains closed on Fridays. 

With the addition of this 3S centre, Mitsubishi Motors continues its efforts to expand its customer reach across Malaysia, while providing comprehensive sales and aftersales services to meet the growing demands of its customers.
