Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Asbenz open new Autohaus in Langkawi

KUALA LUMPUR: To celebrate their illustrious two-decade journey in Kedah, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Asbenz have collaborated to establish a new Autohaus in Langkawi. This newly launched showroom features the brand's premium models from Mercedes-Maybach, Mercedes-AMG, and even the G Wagon.

The new Autohaus showroom has 10 purposefully designed service bays to handle 70 vehicles maintenance per month. The Mercedes-Benz trained technicians will perform repairs and scheduled service maintenance to offer exceptional services to the clients.

The Autohaus will fulfil the needs of the Mercedes-EQ customers with the provision of on-site charging facilities that showcase its dedication to future mobility. The customers can also avail of a range of additional services, including door-to-door service, Express Service 2.0, drop & go, DSDPay, online booking, care package and maintenance service, electrical diagnosis and unit repairs, 24-hour emergency, and roadside assistance; insurance claim processes support up to approval, and road tax renewal and insurance assistance.

Asbenz is a well-known name for Mercedes-Benz owners in the eastern and northern regions of Peninsular Malaysia, with Autohaus in Terengganu, Pahang, and Kedah. The dealership group has invested RM15 million, including RM2 million contribution towards establishing the Langkawi Autohaus.
