Citroën Grand C4 SpaceTourer: First impression

Naza Euro Motors Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of Citroën, launched the latest Grand C4 SpaceTourer in Malaysia. This newest offering from Citroën has hit the dealership with a price tag of RM 149,888.00 (on the road with no insurance).

This modern family-oriented car is designed using new generation technology to offer its passengers a comfortable and safe ride. The seven-seat Citroen Grand C4 SpaceTourer has arrived as a quality replacement of the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso.

Engine output

The new Citroën Grand C4 SpaceTourer spec tells that it derives power from a 1.6 Turbo High Pressure four-cylinder petrol engine, producing a peak power of 167 PS and delivering a segment-leading torque of 240 Nm at 1,400 rpm. The vehicle enjoys excellent fuel consumption reading around 17.2 kmpl.

The powertrain is mated to a six-speed automatic conventional gearbox, delivering hassle-free gear shifts.

External design & styling

From the design viewpoint, the rear portion of Citroën Grand C4 SpaceTourer is kept more or less the same. The front bumper has undergone a few changes in terms of design and feature two separate air inlets.

Citroën Grand C4 SpaceTourer comes with 632 litres boot volume that can be maximized to 2,181 litres if the third and second-row seats are retracted.
