Check out Bentley’s most luxurious sedan, the Flying Spur Mulliner

KUALA LUMPUR: Bentley will debut its most luxurious sedan to date, the Flying Spur Mulliner at the upcoming Monterey Car Week. It is the venue where the ultra-rich folks will also get to enjoy the likes of the new Lamborghini Countach, Ford GT Heritage Edition, Acura NSX Type S, production-ready Pininfarina Battista, and many more.

What does the Flying Spur Mulliner look like? The Mulliner version of the Flying Spur as can be seen in the pictures looks amazing. At the front it gets a double-diamond pattern diamond grille, a chrome finish lower inlet, Bentley Flying B hood ornament (with electric deploy and illumination feature), 22-inch wheels with self-levelling wheel caps, grey detailing & polished finish, and Mulliner banding in Satin Silver on the fender vents & mirror caps.

Cabin details? The Mulliner has packed the Flying Spur several premium gears. It offers the car in eight custom-made, three-colour combinations. For instance, there’s one called Ascot that includes Imperial Blue leather, Camel-coloured leather, and White micro piping.

The Mulliner Driving Specification comes standard with the Flying Spur. Meaning the car gets a diamond-in-diamond quilting pattern on the seats along with a three-dimensional leather print on the door panel.

Also, part of the cabin is electrically operated picnic tables with veneered surfaces at the back, centre & rear console with a diamond-milled technical finish, Mulliner clock on the dashboard with the brushed silver surface.

The buyer will also get a handcrafted presentation box for the leather-bound keys with the same colour scheme as the car’s interior.

What powers the Bentley Flying Spur Mulliner?

It is the first Mulliner ever to feature a hybrid mill. The available engine options are -

• An electrically assisted 2.9-litre V6 unit making 536 hp and 750 Nm of torque
• A twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8 mill generating 542 hp and 770 Nm
• Lastly, a twin-turbo 6.0-litre W12 engine pumping 626 hp and 900 Nm
