Bond Actress Naomie Harris Turns On The Range Rover Evoque Convertible

Kuala Lumpur/Los Angeles: The all new topless facelift of the Chelsea tractor will soon make its official debut in the USA at the upcoming Los Angeles Auto Show and looks like Spectre actress Naomie Harris was one of the first to view the newest member of the Range Rover family. Jaguar Land Rover is planning to roll out the first Range Rover Evoque Convertible in Spring 2016. The Evoque Convertible is the best of both worlds between a convertible and SUV. The all new Evoque will be having a whooping price tag of £50,000 (RM 333K) and is majorly crafted for the fashionistas who like their hair winding in the air while motoring.

The 24th James Bond adventure features vehicles produced by the Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations division following which the Bond actress Harris decided to promote the brand and receive an exclusive first look at the new Range Rover Evoque Convertible as it debuted in the US.

The Range Rover Ecoque convertible is a perfect amalgamation of luxury with an elegant four-seat convertible design, versatile storage and unrivalled capability both on and off-road. The car features bold design and the LAnd Rover refinement under the bonnet. The convertible roof is a sophisticated feature of the car making it more versatile and an all-season drive.

Naomi Harris has been in a contract with Land Rover vehicles including the iconic Defender (Skyfall) and more recently the Discovery Sport (Spectre). She said “I was so impressed by the design of this car; it’s like nothing I’ve seen on the road before and is so sleek! I love the fact that it is just as much at home driving down the Pacific Coast Highway in LA, as it is off-road in the British Countryside”.

The launch of the world debut of the Range Rover Evoque Convertible will be celebrated with its full-size wireframe sculptures on display in West Hollywood at Le Zinque from Nov 16-17 and on the Santa Monica Pier from Nov 18-20.

By far over 450,000 Range Rover Evoques have been produced globally since its introduction in 2011 and is making this premium compact SUV to be one of the fastest-selling Land Rover of all time. The car has also received more than 165 international awards since launch.
