The iX3 Final Edition equipped with the 'Impressive' trim level and is further upgraded with new M Performance equipment as standard. This includes M Performance Carbon Mirror Caps, M Performance Carbon Fibre Door Sill, a rear spoiler, and the Adaptive M Suspension, which now offers a lifetime upgrade.
These M Performance enhancements not only elevate the vehicle’s sporty aesthetics but also its functionality. For instance, the carbon mirror caps add to the vehicle's high-tech appeal, while the carbon fibre door sill features a prominent M Performance logo, accentuating its dynamic look. The rear spoiler's high-gloss black finish adds an aggressive flair, and the adaptive M suspension improves handling, allowing drivers to switch between a comfortable standard setting and a sportier mode.
Internally, the iX3 Final Edition continues to offer sophisticated features such as a panoramic glass roof, three-zone automatic air conditioning, electric sport seats, 20-inch M aerodynamic wheels, and advanced driver assistance systems including the BMW Laserlight and Harman Kardon sound system.
The vehicle operates on the fifth-generation BMW eDrive technology, powering the rear wheels with an electric motor that produces 286 hp and 400 Nm of torque, achieving 0-100 km/h in 6.8 seconds. Its high-voltage battery supports a range of up to 461 km per charge while maintaining efficient energy consumption.
There was no mention of any charging alterations, which means charging the iX3 should be the same, taking around seven hours through an 11kW AC charger and 32 minutes through an 150kW charger which of course fills it up to 80%.
Available in six colours with options for Leather Vernasca upholstery in multiple designs, the New BMW iX3 Final Edition offers financing plans through BMW Group Financial Services Malaysia, with monthly installments starting at RM 4,036.00 under the Easy Drive Financing Plan, inclusive of a RM 6,000.00 cash rebate.
In addition to financial options, owners will enjoy the BMW Group Malaysia Premium Ownership experience, which includes a comprehensive warranty and service program, battery warranty, roadside assistance, and more, ensuring a complete premium ownership experience.
The iX3 made its debut in Malaysia in 2021 as a refreshed model. It featured sleek, trapezoidal headlights, an enlarged, unified grille, and distinctive three-dimensional, pincer-style taillights. Initially launched in two trims, Inspiring and Impressive, the vehicle was priced at RM317,360 and RM336,360 respectively.
In 2022, the BMW iX3 benefited from a new tax exemption, reducing prices to a range between RM307,160 and RM345,800, marking a decrease of up to RM11,200 from its introductory prices in 2021.
The upcoming debut of the next-generation X3 is eagerly anticipated in the coming weeks, with expectations that details about the next-generation iX3 will also be unveiled. Although specific dimensions have yet to be disclosed, it is evident that the new X3 will be the largest model yet, drawing inspiration from the BMW Vision Neue Klasse X.
This innovative design concept serves as a direct preview of the next-generation iX3 electric SUV, which is slated for production in 2025. It is believed that its design will closely resemble that of the Neue Klasse X.
