Advanced infotainment system

With the new Palisade comes a bigger and better infotainment system. It measures 12.3 inches and features a sophisticated new graphic user, Android Auto/Apple CarPlay connectivity, and a split screen layout that separately displays items like media, clock, and compass. It also offers Smart Bluetooth Multi-connection with the simultaneous connection of two Bluetooth devices for audio streaming.

Large Head-up display

The latest iteration of the SUV is also kitted with a larger Head-Up Display screen. The size of the LCD screen has increased from 1.8 inches (480x240) to 2.6 inches (800x480) with a higher resolution. With a graphic user interface and an updated layout, it displays driving information on the windscreen making it convenient for the driver.

HTRAC All-Wheel Drive system

For those who want complete control over their vehicle, the SUV is equipped with the HTRAC All-Wheel Drive (diesel trims only). This system offers improved traction and stability on rough roads and a tighter grip on slippery surfaces. With the help of an electronic control unit, it adjusts the torque distribution between the front and rear wheels according to the driver’s input and road conditions. 

Multi-terrain control

The all-wheel drive system of the diesel-fed Palisade also has a multi-terrain controller mated to a traction mode select, It has three modes - 

• Snow - It employs variable power delivery to the rear wheels for optimised traction on snow-covered roads
• Mud - It offers enhanced traction on muddy roads by providing electronically controlled torque distribution among the four wheels

• Sand - Ensure the highest level of safety on dunes, this mode manages the power distribution ratio and allocates the torque and/or braking power to wheels

Hyundai Smart Sense

The SUV is packed with the brand’s advanced driver assistance suite called Hyundai Smart Sense. It includes Smart Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Blind-spot Collision-Avoidance Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Following Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist - Junction, High Beam Assist, Driver Attention Warning, Leading Vehicle Departure Alert, Safe Exit Alert, and Rear Occupant Alert (with sensors).

Heated and ventilated seats

The front passenger seats of the SUV are equipped with heating and ventilation functions as standard. When it comes to second-row, the range-topping 7-seater trims offer both systems while the second-row bench of the eight-seater models comes with seat heating only.

Smart one-touch walk-in

The upgraded SUV comes with a one-touch operation for the second-row seat, making it simple to move the seat forward and provide easy access to the third-row seats. Also part of the kit is a one-touch mechanism for second-row seats for flat folding.

Dual Power Sunroof

The dual power sunroof of the new Palisade allows the occupants to enjoy natural light and fresh air during the journey. It can be operated with the help of a switch positioned on the overhead console, and comes with tilting and sliding safety functions. That means you can tilt it to control the amount of light and airflow entering the vehicle.

Offered in two different seating configurations - 7 and 8-seater, the new Hyundai SUV offers a generous amount of space to all the occupants. The three-row seating fulfils the needs of small and big families with enough space required by them especially when they’re tired, hungry or bored. Fast smartphone charging options

With the latest Palisade, you will get a faster wireless charging pad to charge your smartphone while on the go. The automaker has upgraded the capacity of the system from 5 watts to 15 watts for faster charging. The new USB-C ports also allow passengers to charge their devices quickly. These are available for the driver and front passenger, as well as for the second and third-row passengers.
