2023 BMW XM official pricing for Malaysia starts at RM 1.3 million

KUALA LUMPUR: The first ever electrified BMW M model, the XM, made its global debut back in September, followed by the commencement of its pre-bookings in Malaysia almost after a month. Well, now comes the official pricing of this high-performance luxury SUV that really asks for extremely deep pockets.

BMW Malaysia offers the BMW XM in two versions - Shadow Line and Night Gold Line, priced at RM 1,316,450 (with a standard two-year warranty). However, if you want an extended five-year warranty & service package, the XM price will increase up to RM 1,398,800.

So, what does the 2023 BMW XM offer you at this price point, let’s know.

According to the automaker, the Sports Activity Vehicle is intensely powerful, supremely refined, and loaded with the latest driving technologies. It features - 

• A 4.4-litre BMW M twin power turbo V8 engine paired with a high-performance electric motor, together churning out a whooping power of 653 PS and a maximum torque of 800 Nm
• The power is sent to the wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission, which enables the car to hit the century sprint in just 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 270 kmph

• Also part of the kit is an underfloor-mounted 25.7 kWh lithium-ion battery offering a range of 82-88 km and a top speed of 140 kmph 
• The SUV pulls out all the stops with precision thanks to the Adaptive M Suspension Professional, M Sport Differential, M xDrive AWD system, and high-performance disc brakes

• The SUV is also equipped with BMW Curved Display (comprising a 14.9-inch touch-sensitive infotainment display and a 12.3-inch instrument panel), head-up display, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto smartphone integration, M leather steering wheel, BMW Gesture Control, a Bowers & Wilkins Diamond surround sound system, multi-contour front seats, four-zone climate control, and a wireless charging tray

• Parts of the driver-assistance package are automatic speed limit assist, evasion assistant, rear collision prevention, lane keeping assistant, lane change assist, steering and lane control assistant, front/rear cross traffic warning, exit emergency stop assistant, Parking Assistant Plus, and more
