In Malaysia, the Moto Guzzi V9 is offered in two variant options - Roamer and Bobber, however at the 2019 EICMA, the company displayed the all-new Bobber Sport version as well. This one carries a 90-degree transverse V-twin, a Motor Guzzi trademark and churns out a maximum power of 55 hp at 6,250 rpm along with a peak torque of 61.9 Nm at 3,000 rpm. The power is transmitted to the wheels via a single dry-plate clutch and 6-speed gearbox. The power plant is all black and is complemented by matte black slip-on exhaust. The Bobber Sport comes with the brand's eagle mascot brushed in metal finish, aluminium side panels, and rubber fork gaiters. Its oversized tyres coupled with a shortened front mudguard gives the V9 Bobber Sport a flat-tracker look. Locally, the V9 Bobber and Roamer versions retail for RM 60,000 and RM 59,000, respectively.
