The automaker has indeed come up with a more practical Lotus that is smartly-designed and uses the rear seats as a place to carry soft luggage. While the front bonnet doesn’t have any storage under it, the car picks up on practical storage solutions besides the latest technological aspects.

The infotainment system is now touchscreen and the rear seats have been omitted. However, the car allows iPod and Bluetooth connectivity with an one-piece Alcantara-trimmed door panel. The car also picks up carbon fibre sports seats, along with the steering wheel and centre console.

The exterior of the Lotus Evora is all about re-defined design and strong lines that run across the body of the car. Lotus has certainly spent a lot of time in the designing of their latest generation of the Evora. Talking of the Evora 400 and the Sport 410, the car draws its power from a Toyota-derived 3.5L supercharged V6 engine that is finetuned and derived from the 3-Eleven. The engine churns out a maximum power output of 410 hp (increased by 10 hp) besides giving out 410 Nm of peak torque.

Moving to the safety inside the car, the Lotus Evora picks up the likes of independent braking. Safety-wise, the car picks up a plethora of features, starting with airbags that provide ambient cushioning to the occupants on fairly all the sides. Other safety features include EBD, Child Safety Locks, Vehicle Stability among others.
