Both the engine options come mated to a rear mid-mounted eight-speed automatic gearbox for similar efficiency and power delivery to the rear-wheel drive. Interestingly, both the trims manage to reach the sped of 100 km per hour from an ideal start in under 4 seconds, maxing out at top speeds of over 300 km per hour. 

As safety is being concerned, the DB11 assures a safe ride to its occupants with the presence of air-bags at the driver’s side, passenger, and the side front. The braking abilities of the car are enhanced by the presence of the Anti-Lock Braking System, and brake assist feature in assisting while braking at high speeds. Additionally, the Electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD) in the car automatically varies the amount of force applied to each of the wheels based on road conditions. The other safety features of the vehicle include Child Safety Locks, Vehicle Stability Control System, and Day & Night Rear View Mirror.
