Yamaha EGO Gear gets new colours for model year 2023

KUALA LUMPUR: The official distributor of Yamaha vehicles in Malaysia, Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) has introduced new colour tones for the EGO Gear scooter. Thus giving its popular model a new lease of life and enhancing the overall appeal & style of the scooter.

Priced at RM 5,998, the new Yamaha EGO Gear makes a bold statement on the road, thanks to the new colour tones - Green, Yellow, and Blue. Each hue will grab riders' attention and cater to their diverse preferences. Depending on the choice, riders can opt for a cool and sophisticated vibe or a vibrant and energetic look.

Powering the Yamaha EGO Gear is a 125cc BluCore mill with a Smart Motor Generator generating a maximum power output of 9.3hp at 8,000 rpm along with a peak torque of 9.6 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

Also, part of the setup is an anti-slip footpad and a USB charging socket.

Interested buyers can purchase the Yamaha EGO Gear in new tones starting July 4th, 2023 at any authorized Yamaha dealer across the country.

Each purchase will be accompanied by RM 100 worth of Yamaha safety disc lock, thus emphasizing the bpurand’s commitment to safety and security.
