WMoto RT2 launched in Malaysia at RM 16,888

KUALA LUMPUR: Mforce Bike Holdings Sdn Bhd has expanded the lineup of WMoto two-wheelers in Malaysia with the launch of the all-new WMoto RT2. The new WMoto scooter boasts an aerodynamic and rugged design along with premium features, making it perfect for everyday use as well as fun adventures.

The all-new WMoto RT2 is priced at RM 16,888 (excluding road tax, insurance and registration). Included in the price is a two-year unlimited mileage warranty against manufacturing defects. The colour palette comprises three exciting tones viz. Metallic Gold, Pure White, and Majestic Black.

The key highlights of the WMoto RT2 are as follows - 

• The adventure-inspired design of the RT2 stands out with a sharp duck beak nose and an expansive floorboard
• The scooter is equipped with an adjustable wind deflector and features front and rear-facing dashboard cameras that record the journey
• Also part of the kit is a TFT metre panel, full LED lighting, backlit buttons, and a smart key system 
• The WMoto RT2 rides on 14-inch front and 13-inch rear wheels wrapped with 110/80 front and 140/60 rear tyres

• At its core lies a 245.9-cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, which generates a maximum power of 22.7 hp at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 22.5 Nm at 6,000 rpm
• The power is sent to the wheels via a CVT gearbox and belt drive system
• As for the suspension, the WMoto RT2 features a telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. The braking duties are handled by single hydraulic discs at both ends, complemented by two-channel anti-lock braking system
• Further adding to the convenience is the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System and two USB charging ports – one located in the front storage compartment and the other under the seat
