Three Vespa scooters showcased at EICMA 2022; check full details

KUALA LUMPUR: The 79th edition of the premier motorcycle expo, EICMA 2022 is going pretty strong with several amazing two vehicles on board. For instance, the Italjet Dragster 500 concept, Suzuki GSX-8S naked sports bike, Kawasaki BEV electric/hybrid/hydrogen-powered prototype, Hesketh Heresy 450 Single, and 2023 Benelli TRK800, to name a few.

Now adding to the long list of motorcycles introduced at EICMA 2022 are four Vespa scooters namely, the Vespa GTs, Vespa GTv, Vespa Primavera Colour Vibe, and 946 10° Anniversario.

Let us discuss the recently introduced Vespa scooters in detail -

Vespa GTs

The GTs retains the legendary steel body shell while adding a new license plate bracket, new side panels, and an LED lighting system with new shapes. The list also includes new electric switchgear, mirrors, and wider & more ergonomic handlebar. The scooter also showcases an enhanced braking system with added stopping power, a keyless start system, ABS, and rear wheel traction control.

The four versions of the GTs are available in two engine choices (24 hp 300 hope and 125 i-Get) and four colour options.

Vespa GTv

The GTv is an extension of the GTs. Overall it is a sportier scooter equipped with several high-tech features. Part of the setup is a fully digital instrument cluster, a two-tone solo seat with a rear cowl, and five-spoke wheels in matt black with orange graphics. The scooter also gets a sports-inspired top cowl.

Vespa Primavera Colour Vibe

 

The Primavera Colour Vibe is offered in two striking colour tones namely Bianco Innocente and Arancio Impulsive, both with Ottanio Turquoise floorboard. Various components of the scooter are covered in contrasting black trim and the seat too is done in black with anthracite stitching.

Vespa 946 10° Anniversario

The new 946 10° Anniversario celebrates the Vespa 946 which is now a decade old. Painted in unique Vespa Green which at first sight looks a bit pastel but gains with illumination.
