KUALA LUMPUR: BMW Motorrad Austria along with Vagabund Moto GmbH, an Austrian customizing specialist, together created a new e-scooter. Called the BMW CE 04 Vagabund Moto Concept, the e-scooter is based on the BMW CE 04.
