As for the motorcycle’s official launch, the 250cc inline four-cylinder will mark its arrival early next year, in 2023 - as confirmed by Roslan Roskan, Modenas Chief Executive Officer. For those who aren’t aware, it was only recently that Edaran Modenas took over as the official distributor of Kawasaki motorcycles in Malaysia.

The Ninja ZX-25R is powered by the potent 249cc inline-four DOHC engine pumping a maximum power of 50 hp at 15,500 rpm along with a peak torque of 22.9 Nm at 14,500 rpm

The power is sent to the wheels via a quick shifter equipped 6-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch
Performance
The power plant setup allows the new Kawasaki to attain a top speed of 197 kmph
Braking & Handling
Such a powerful motorcycle requires an apt braking and handling system, thus giving the rider confidence on road. Kawasaki has equipped the ZX-25R with a 37 mm Separate Function Fork-Big Piston at the front and a horizontal back-link at the rear
Technology
Like any large displacement sports bike, the ZX-25R benefits from several ride-enhancing techs. For instance two ride modes (Full & Low), KTRC traction control, and electronic throttle valves.
