Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello launched in Malaysia; check full details

KUALA LUMPUR: The long-awaited Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello has finally arrived on Malaysian soil after arriving on the global stage two years ago. The motorcycle represents the brand’s bold move into the 21st century and so is a bit special. It features several first-time features like a liquid-cooled engine, semi-active suspension, quick shifter, 6-axis IMU, and cornering ABS.

Price and variants

The Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello is offered in two trim options in the local market, namely Standard and S. They are priced as follows -

Standard	RM 99,900
S	RM 117,900

Powertrain

Powering the all-new V100 Mandello is a 1,042cc transverse 90-degree V-Twin engine making a maximum power output of 115hp and 105 Nm @ 3,500rpm. Compared to the V85 TT platform, the engine here is 130 mm shorter. Also, thanks to a lower positioning of the drive shaft, the bike offers a smooth ride during accelerating and decelerating that is on par with a chain drive.
