The automaker has also incorporated sustainable materials into the bodywork, such as recycled plastics and biomass plastic (Durabio), marking the first use of these materials in Honda motorcycles. The panels and covers are made from recycled plastic while recycled Honda automobile bumpers are used for the seat base and luggage box.

The colour palette of the bike includes three standard colours - Graphite Black, Pearl Glare White, and Matte Deep Mud Gray, along with a Special Edition Matte Gold Finch Yellow with a dual-tone livery.

The seat of the new Honda X-ADV is reshaped with thicker urethane for improved comfort and easier ground reach. The windshield has been redesigned, enabling easy adjustment through three steps using one hand. The 820 mm seat height offers improved ergonomics, with a wider handlebar for better visibility.

The scooter also gets a new cruise control system that integrates smoothly with the DCT, improving comfort during long rides.
