Kawasaki Roadside Assistance program has a lot to offer; check details

KUALA LUMPUR: The new official distributor of Kawasaki, Edaran Modenas Sdn Bhd (EMOS) has introduced a new 24/7 roadside assistance service. Thus allowing the new Kawasaki owners to relax even in a breakdown situation.

On the introduction of the new service assist program, MODENAS CEO Roslan Roskan said, “We are always looking at providing convenience for our customers. Accidents happen and motorists do not want to walk on the side of the highway pushing their heavy motorcycles to an auto mechanic shop.”

He added, “Therefore, we have decided to focus more of our resources on helping our customers get fast, efficient, and safe towing for their motorcycles rather than being forced to leave them stranded by the roadside.”

Kawasaki Roadside Assistance 24/7: Key details

• The new service covers Kawasaki and Modenas rebranded models, manufactured in 2022 & registered from Aug 1, 2022
• Includes a free 100 km round-trip towing service (throughout West Malaysia to East Malaysia’s major towns)
• Towing exceeding 100 km will cost RM 2.00 per kilometer
• Towing service covers all major & minor accidents and engine/motor breakdowns
• Members are entitled to get 4 free towing services annually (valid for one year from registration)
