Italjet Dragster 125 open for booking at RM50

KUALA LUMPUR: It was only a few days back that we informed you about the soon arrival of the all-new Italjet Dragster 125. And now the motorcycle manufacturer’s Facebook page has a post telling us about the opening up of the ordering books. Also, visit the page to enjoy some interesting pictures of this unique two-wheeled motorcycle offering from Italjet.

Furthermore, Mudah, a well-known local e-commerce site has dealer listings accepting booking for the upcoming Italjet Dragster 125. The best part is that interested buyers can pre-book bikes for as low as RM 50.

The particular listing of the Italjet Dragster 125 on Mudah gives us a substantial amount of information about the bike. For instance, in Malaysia motorcycles will be offered as imported CBU units from Italy retailing for RM 31,990 (may exclude processing fees & other charges).

Since Italjet has not given an official confirmation on the Dragster 125 price, we would suggest waiting and taking the Mudah post price as an expected point.

For those who aren’t aware, the Italjet Dragster 125 received global attention in 2019 and is in pipeline since 2020, but it all got delayed due to the pandemic.

Italjet, however, has now confirmed the commencement of shipping for the Dragster 125 and Dragster 200, with Malaysia one of the recipients.

The Dragster will be powered by a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled mill making 13 hp and 18 hp in 125 and 200 variants respectively.

The upcoming Italjet model is confirmed to benefit from some premium gears like Brembo brakes, Akrapovic exhaust system, and Ohlins suspension.

In similar news, Italjet also confirmed the arrival of its first e-motorcycle this year. Excited? We sure are.
