  • Is the Honda CRF250 Rally worth it?

Yes, the Honda CRF250 Rally is worth it for those who want a light, easy-to-manage machine for their off-road adventures.
  • Perfect for the ones who want a light, easy-to-manage machine for their off-road adventures, the CRF250 Rally continues to get power from a 250-cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke, liquid-cooled DOHC engine. It produces a maximum power of 24 PS at 9,000 rpm and a peak torque of 23 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm. Sending power to the wheels is a six-speed gearbox mated to an assist and slipper clutch system.

The bike looks distinctive and rugged thanks to its styling DNA borrowed from the Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) CRF450 Rally Dakar racer. The Extreme red paint boasts good blue and white graphics that add to the bike’s striking visual appeal.

The CRF250 Rally features asymmetrical twin-lens LED headlights providing excellent visibility in the dark. Another key highlight is a floating windscreen which not only enhances the bike's aerodynamic profile but also protects riders from wind and debris. There is also an LCD instrument panel incorporating a gear position indicator and a fuel consumption metre.

Adding to the agility and handling is a lightweight swing arm, which significantly reduces the bike's weight by 5 kg. It also boasts a 12.8-litre fuel tank, offering ample range for long off-road adventures without frequent stops for refuelling.

The suspension setup comprises 43 mm SHOWA Upside-Down Forks at the front and a SHOWA mono-shock damper paired with a Pro-Link Swingarm at the rear. The braking system is managed by a 296 mm floating wave disc with a two-piston calliper at the front and a 220 mm hydraulic single disc with a one-piston calliper at the rear. Both are complemented by a two-channel ABS.

Based on a steel semi-double cradle frame, the CRF250 Rally measures 2,230 mm in length, 920 mm in width, and 1,415 mm in height and carries a wheelbase of 1,455 mm. The seat height is set at 885 mm, offering a comfortable riding position for most riders. The bike has a ground clearance of 275 mm, which is well-suited for rough terrains.

The all-new 2024 Honda  CRF250 Rally is now available at all authorized Honda BigWing dealers nationwide. Each purchase is accompanied by a two-year or 20,000km manufacturing warranty (whichever comes first).
