Harley Davidson Sportster S gets the rugged Wild One accessories

KUALA LUMPUR: Harley Davidson has launched the Wild One accessories collection for the new Sportster S, which debuted back in July 2021. Adding rugged styling and extra comfort to the cruiser, the new range of accessories consists of bolt-on parts sprayed with gloss black or anodized black paint with machined aluminum highlights.

Harley Davidson Sportster S Wild One collection offers the rider the following accessories - 

• Wild One Alternator Plug Cover
• Wild One Mirrors 
• Wild One Hand Grips with knurled rubber inserts
• Wild One Heated Hand Grips with variable heat settings
• Wild One Rider Footpegs, Passenger Footpegs, and Shifter Peg
• Wild One Rear Brake Lever
• Wild One Timer Medallion
• Wild One Cam Sprocket Covers
• Wild One Clutch Medallion,
• Wild One Alternator Plug Cover

The Wild One collection lends a cohesive look to the Sportster S while showcasing its versatility. However, functionality is not the only purpose of adding it, says the automaker.

The Harley Davidson Sportster S Wild One accessories is now on sale in the US market with retail prices ranging between $49.95 (approximately equal to RM 210) and $229.95 (RM 967).

A recap on the key highlights of the new Harley Davidson Sportster S, the cruiser bike is built on the Revolution Max platform and sets a new performance standard for the Sportster line. It is powered by a 1,252-cc liquid-cooled, DOHC, eight-valve, V-twin engine that churns out a maximum power output of 121 hp and a peak torque of 127 Nm.

Standard features include all-around LED lighting, a four-inch TFT display, cornering ABS/traction control, 5 Ride Modes (Sport, Road, Rain, and two custom), two dedicated power points, cruise control, ambient temperature sensor, and an 11.7-litres fuel tank. 

H-D offers the bike in three striking hues - Stone Washed White Pearl, Vivid Black, and Midnight Crimson at a starting price of $14,999 (RM 63,109).
