Enjoy greater benefits and rewards with Modenas’s new e-membership programme

KUALA LUMPUR: Last month, Modenas Malaysia briefed about its plan to go electric by 2025. While the company is working hard on that, things will take a pretty good time to turn into reality. So, meanwhile, the Malaysian-born automaker brings something amazing to meet the needs and lifestyle of its customers. And that’s a new Modenas e-membership programme offering greater benefits and rewards to the owners.

The new customers can grab this e-membership by paying an amount of RM 60 at the time of registration. The benefits include 15% discount on genuine spare parts (when purchased from any authorised Modenas service centre), an e-voucher worth up to RM 15 for Genuine spare parts and another e-voucher worth RM 10 on successfully registering or referring a friend as a new member. Both the vouchers can be redeemed at Modenas eShop.

A complimentary 24-hour break-down towing assistance (within a 100 km round trip radius to the nearest Modenas service centre) is also available. However, it is restricted to a max of 4 assistance per year. The company also offers a special e-voucher discount on birthdays.

Along with the registration fees, the customers also need to pay an amount of RM 40 every year for membership renewal. On the renewal, the company offers a Baskin Robbins ice cream voucher worth RM 34 to the first 80 members and a Single Jr.Scoop voucher worth RM 8 to the next 225 renewals.

What about the existing Modenas owners?

The existing Modenas customers can also renew or apply for the new e-membership card at any preferred MODENAS Service Centre across the nation. They can also register online at www.modenas.my. 

“We are always finding ways to cater towards the needs and wants of our customers. With the new membership program along with its attractive benefits and rewards in place, we are targeting to receive 1,000 new member sign-ups in the second quarter of this year. Plus, with the increase in sales volume for the MODENAS motorcycles in the market as well as a new partner, KAWASAKI, it is not impossible for the Company to achieve the target”, said Roslan Roskan, Chief Executive Officer of MODENAS.
