Ducati Malaysia inaugurates second biggest showroom in South-East Asia

KUALA LUMPUR: Here is something big for Ducati lovers in Malaysia. The premium motorcycle manufacturer has opened a new showroom, Ducati PJ, in the country and the inauguration ceremony has been hosted by Next Bike Sdn Bhd, which is the official distributor for Ducati in Malaysia.

The new facility is the second-largest Ducati showroom in South-East Asia and has an investment of RM 1.5 million. It replicates the brand’s signature CI (Corporate Identity) with separate sections for Ducati Accessories, Ducati Apparel Tech, and a Scrambler Camp. The visitors and prospective buyers can avail a wide range of products, like riding jackets, helmets and other official merchandise from Ducati and Scrambler.

At this great ceremony, the Deputy Group CEO, Automotive Group of Naza Corporation Holdings, Dato’ Nik Hamdam Nik Hassan, was quoted saying that Ducati has been dedicated to those individuals who love speed and self-expression and have a passion for living life on the edge. He also added that the manufacturer is zealous towards providing a 360-degree experience to all its customers. And with this, he is hopeful that the new Ducati PJ showroom will enhance the customer experience with quality interactions and information on the latest products.

This state-of-art Ducati PJ showroom facility spans over a vast 16,339 square-feet area. It even has a dedicated service area of 5,009 square feet and hosts a total of eight servicing bays. This facility will have a capacity of servicing 450 motorcycles each month. There is a service reception, along with a large and comfortable lounge-like area where customers can wait while their bikes are being serviced.

The Ducati PJ showroom will also display the finest models in the company’s portfolio. The model line-up to be put on display will include 916 Anniversary, Panigale V4 S, Monster 821, Hypermotard 950 and even the iconic Diavel 1260 S. Apart from this, the Scrambler cafe racers will also be on the show.

Ducati PJ is located at the entrance of Naza Automall and is very visible from the Federal Highway as well. The showroom will be open on all seven days in a week. The timing of the sales department are:

• Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm
• Saturday: 9 am - 5 pm
• Sunday : 10 am - 5 pm

On the other hand, the timing for the aftersales service station would be:

• Monday to Friday: 9 am - 5 pm
• Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm
• Sunday: Closed
