Ducati launched the ‘MyDucati’ mobile app

KUALA LUMPUR: With an intent to connect with its customers globally and offer them a single platform for all things, Ducati has come up with an all-new mobile application, dubbed as ‘MyDucati.’ It aims to strengthen the brand's cult fanbase by offering a tailor-made experience and privileged access to them. The app also contains a lot of unique content for members, including access to reserved events and exclusive previews of the new range.

Talking about the MyDucati app features, it gives instant on-the-go access to the Ducati Card (official Ducatista document) under the Garage Section. This means the customers need not carry the doc in their wallet; the app will always keep its digital version on the phone. The owner's manuals for the specific bikes are also available in the app. 

Through this app, bike enthusiasts can configure the Ducati of their dreams; they can save it and share it with friends and dealers. They can also customize the things with a picture of their own motorcycle. 

In the Dealer Section, the app users can locate their nearest dealerships based on geo-localization. They can also check the dealers' services and mark them favorite for making test ride appointments with just a simple click.

Coming to the News Section, here, the Ducati universe gets all the real-time information on new services and events organized by the company all around the world, with a notification system that keeps them updated on the important news. There is also a system of badges in the app, which gets unlocked upon completion of the determined goals. By doing so, users can get promotions and personalized services based on their interests and preferences.

MyDucati app also includes a Reserved Section for the Desmo Owners Club (DOC), where club members can share their passion for Ducati and enjoy the privilege of all the initiatives and benefits reserved for them. 

The new Ducati app is now available on both Android and iOS platforms and can be downloaded from the respective app stores for free.
