Are you excited? We sure are, as it would be a great addition to the segment, giving consumers another great option to choose from. An official announcement is still awaited, however, if the news has any legs, the Dominar 250 will land on our shores in the second quarter of 2023.
What do we know about the upcoming Dominar 250?
- The bike features the same bodywork as the ongoing and popular Dominar 400
- The motorcycle will be powered by a 250 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC engine making a maximum power output of 27 hp at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 23.5 Nm at 6,500 rpm
- The drive is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission
- The emissions will go through a double-barrel exhaust unit
Its beam-type perimeter frame will feature 37 mm USD front forks, Multi-step adjustable Mono Shox rear suspension with Nitrox, and dual-channel ABS - The sport-tourer will stand on 17-inch wheels
- The sport-tourer is expected to carry forward a lot of specs from the Dominar 400
If and when the Dominar 250 arrives in Malaysia, it will be the perfect beginner’s bike with hopefully an affordable price tag.
