KUALA LUMPUR: At the recently concluded Moto Guzzi World Days happening at Mandello del Lario, Italy, the motorcycle manufacturer showcased a special offering. Called the Moto Guzzi V7 Special Edition, it truly is a fresh take on the regular V7 Stone.

With the introduction of this new, special edition motorcycle, Moto Guzzi celebrates its legendary sporting heritage and continues to evolve the V7 generation.

Design

From the looks of it the special edition, V7 Stone seems to be designed to showcase the company’s most daring, uncompromising traits. A few of the elements that help it dies so being - an Arrow exhaust, red shock absorber, Cafe Racer-style mirrors, and a new shiny black hue.

Further, the special edition badge on the handlebar riser makes sure to announce the bike’s exclusivity.

With these inclusions, the new V7 Stone becomes the ultimate expression of an enduring passion for motorcycles.

Features

In addition to the styling bits, the motorcycle also features a few functional (yet stunning-looking) traits. For instance, the V7 Stone Special Edition gets a solid aluminium fuel cap in black and a head cover for the Moto Guzzi twin 850 with a new graphite hue. Not to forget the black anodised aluminium throttle bodyguards.

Performance

The V7 Stone Special Edition's no-nonsense, aggressive character is underlined by the Arrow exhaust with the company’s-branded terminals. Powering this stylish beast is an 850cc V-twin engine that now pumps out a max power of 66 hp at 6,700 rpm along with a peak torque of 75 Nm at 4,900 rpm.

Price

This stunner by Moto Guzzi retails for EUR 9,999 which is approximately RM 45.6k.
