Aveta Malaysia broadens customer care network with new stockist appointment

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian-born bike maker, Aveta, offers a diverse lineup of mopeds and super mopeds, meeting the growing demand for motorcycles in the country. The brand is also committed to offering Aveta motorcycle owners enhanced after-sales support, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout their ownership journey.

Under the Aveta Customer Care Program, the automaker introduced ‘Aveta Service Corner’ and 'Aveta Care on Wheel' in early December and January, respectively. It has now announced the addition of eight new stockists in six states, ensuring easier access to authentic parts for customers throughout Malaysia.

A brief about Aveta Service Corner and Aveta Care on Wheel

Equipped with special tools and fully trained mechanics, Aveta Service Corner offers spare parts and service to motorcycle owners. The automaker has plans to open 30 Aveta Service Corners across the nation, beginning in 2024.

The Aveta Care on Wheel programme, on the other hand, is a mobile service ready to help customers with any technical issues across Peninsular Malaysia. The team consists of a pick-up truck and three motorcycles and is operated by skilled service experts from Aveta Malaysia equipped with all the necessary tools and gear, ensuring prompt assistance.
