2023 Modenas Ninja 250 ABS gets a new colour in Malaysia, price increases

KUALA LUMPUR: Edaran Modenas Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of Modenas bikes in Malaysia, has introduced the 2023 Ninja 250 ABS in a new colour hue i.e. Kawasaki Green. The new colour scheme also features eye-catching red and white graphics, adding a vibrant touch to the bike's appearance and enhancing its overall appeal.

    For the 2023 model year, the specifications of the bike remain unchanged. It continues to get power from the same 250 cc parallel-twin engine, which delivers a maximum power of 37 hp at 12,500 rpm and a peak torque of 23 Nm at 10,000 rpm. The power is sent to the rear wheel via a six-speed gearbox mated to an assist and slipper clutch and chain final drive system.

    As the name suggests, the bike is equipped with a two-channel anti-lock braking system, paired with a single 286 mm hydraulic brake disc at the front and a `93 mm diameter disc at the rear. Handling the suspension duties is a 41 mm telescopic front fork and a non-adjustable and preload-adjustable rear monoshock.
