2022 Ducati XDiavel Nera revealed globally; limited to 500 units only
KUALA LUMPUR: The Ducati World Premiere 2022 over the last few months (starting Sept 30th 2021) has revealed nine amazing motorcycles. And it was only recently that the company announced the dates for its future episodes, each marking a global premier of a new Ducati.

Limited to just 500 units worldwide, the new XDiavel Nera is developed by Ducati in partnership with Poltrona Frau, an Italian craftsman. So, the Borgo Panigale plant born motorcycle imbibes the values of two separate entities, Ducati and Poltrona. Both share the same passion for innovation, technology, design, and craftsmanship.
Coming to its design, the new Ducati XDiavel Nera showcases a sporty look, thanks to the ‘Black on Black’ livery with Ducati Red on the engine headcovers and brake callipers.
Adding to the look are the fully machined forged rims sprayed in a glossy black tone.
However, the key attraction point remains to be the bespoke seat of Pelle Frau, a soft natural leather saddled by hand & developed by Poltrona Frau. It is offered in five colour options Selva, Siam Red, Steel Blue, Cemento, and India, the seat is accompanied by a matching pillion seat that is wider and comes with backrest.
Helping riders remember the name ‘XDiavel’, the letter ‘X’ embedded on the seat, all done via a sophisticated laser process.
Coming to its mechanical configuration, the new Ducati XDiavel Nera is powered by the Testastretta DVT 1262, Euro 5 compliant engine making a maximum power of 160 hp at 9,500 rpm along with a peak torque of 130 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

- It allows a maximum lean angle of 40 degree
