2019 Yamaha Ego Avantiz launched in Malaysia, priced at RM 5,536

KUALA LUMPUR: Yamaha Motor Company Limited has updated the Ego Avantiz for the year 2019. The bike will be available in four new colour options, including Red, Matte Grey, Blue, and Cyan.

2019 Yamaha Ego Avantiz specs sheet features a single-cylinder air-cooled SOHC engine, which is capable of churning out a maximum power of 9.3 hp along with a peak torque of 9.8 Nm. These figures come at a rev range of 8,000 rpm and 5,500 rpm, respectively. The power is sent to the rear wheels via a CVT gearbox with the assistance of a belt drive.

Yamaha Ego Avantiz 2019 weighs around 96 kg, and the seat height of the bike is 773 mm. The decent height of the bike makes the ride convenient for riders. The two-wheeler comes with a fuel tank of 4.2-litres and has an under-seat storage space of 14 litres.

As for the braking, the all-new Yamaha Ego Avantiz comes with a parking brake, which is further assisted by a front brake lever. Moreover, the bike comes with a hydraulic disc brake at the front, while the drum brake is present to stop the rear wheel. Coming to the suspension, there are the conventional telescopic forks at the front, while the single-shock absorber is present at the back.

2019 Yamaha Ego Avantiz price tag reads RM 5,536, which does not include road tax, registration, and insurance. It is expected that the bike will arrive in the Hong Leong Yamaha dealerships this month.
