Weststar Maxus flagship 3S centre in Petaling Jaya

KUALA LUMPUR: Earlier today Maxus Weststar announced that it will open a new flagship 3S centre at Petaling Jaya. 3S stands for sales, after-sales, and spare parts. While the said Weststar Maxus 3S centre is neither officially launched nor fully operational, the customer can send their vehicles to the outlet for service and maintenance work.

The new 3S centre covers an area of 46,000 square feet and as per the group's executive director Datuk Vikram, it underlines the company's commitment to enhance its after sales service and support. Currently, Weststar Maxus has 40 sales and after-sales centres in Malaysia.

He said, “Enhancements to the after-sales service and support will include the periodic upgrading of existing sales and service centres. In the interim, the new 3S centre in Petaling Jaya will act as a hub for spare parts, in support of our existing network.”
