Proton recalls the X90 SUV
A team of experts from Proton and Geely thoroughly investigated the X90 fire incident that happened back in August to find out its root cause. The connection can lead to overheating when a continuous large current passes through it and can result in a thermal incident. To rectify the issue, all Proton X90 owners are required to bring their vehicles for inspection, and if necessary, corrective actions will be undertaken to eliminate any potential risk.
