Volkswagen VIP plan introduced in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: Volkswagen Malaysia recently launched a new insurance programme, called the VIP or Volkswagen Insurance Plan.

The said plan has been tailor-made only to enhance the ownership experience. VIP offers comprehensive coverage in the event of an emergency or accident one might face. No matter the condition, rain or shine, this plan will provide impressive support and quality service.

If one holds the German automaker’s VIP policy, he/she is entitled to several benefits like -

• Roadside assistance with 24-hour emergency towing - The VW emergency team would provide assistance in all conditions. Just call the company’s 24/7 toll-free number
• 100% VW genuine parts - Only genuine parts will be used for all the repair work
• Speedy claim approval - The entire claim process is stress-free and easy. No fuss, less hassle
• Trusted VW authorized body and paint centres - All the repair work and material used will be in accordance with company’s standards and will comply with all local regulations
• No betterment up to 10 years - As there is no betterment for up to 10 years, the owner will bear no parts replacement cost
• Old and new - Volkswagen cars of all ages are accepted under the VIP plan

An owner can purchase the Volkswagen Insurance Plan at any of the company’s authorized dealerships. This can be done during road tax renewal or registering a new car.

Etiqa General Takaful Berhad and Allianz General Insurance Berhad are the partner panel insurers. The Etiqa offers both takaful and conventional insurance, and Allianz will provide for conventional insurance.
