UMW Toyota may bring back the Camry Hybrid to Malaysia
KUALA LUMPUR: In a move towards promoting sustainability and eco-friendly mobility solutions, UMW Toyota has previewed the Camry Hybrid alongside electrified versions of the Alphard and Vellfire MPVs at the ongoing Beyond Zero event.

The total system output is rated at 211. As for the transmission, it gets an electronic continuously variable transmission.
The hybrid setup comes mated to a nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery, located under the rear seats instead of under the boot floor This configuration enhances cargo capacity and reduces the car's centre of gravity.
