Tesla Model X is an all-electric, all-wheel-drive SUV which is basically a high-riding family vehicle. The car is designed as a family utility vehicle with seven seats with an option to have the car with just six seats. The most striking features of this car are its Falcon Wing doors which are available for the rear passengers. Before we get to the falcon wing rear doors, there is an 'auto presenting' front door which detects your arrival and opens itself even before you touch the door handles. Talking about falcon wing doors, these might be the coolest car doors yet to open in an upward motion with a sort of 'gullwing' fashion. To open the doors, only a space of 30 cm is required which allows the passengers to easily enter and exit the vehicle even in tight spaces. Moreover, these doors are also equipped with ultrasonic sensors which measure the sufficient space outside the car before opening up and capacitive sensors detect any objects close to doors and prevent them from knocking into anything. Moreover, these doors take just seven seconds to fully open and close.
Inside, it boasts of its huge panoramic windshield, which Musk claims is one of the largest windshield ever integrated on a car. This car is also equipped with an impressive 17-speaker audio system which does not suck up too much energy from the battery. Further, it has also got a 17-inch touchscreen system that can be operated via voice control, GPS navigation and Homelink system. Talking about safety features, the car is equipped with various sensors and radar systems which provide it emergency braking capabilities and an ability to monitor traffic surrounding the vehicle.
