Teaser Images of Mercedes-Benz AMG C 63 Coupe Out Once Again

KUALA LUMPUR: Official teaser images of the 2016 Mercedes-Benz AMG C 63 Coupe have surfaced the Internet showing the car doing rounds at the Hockenheim track in Germany, posted on Facebook. There hasn't been any scarcity in terms of pictures of this upcoming coupe, as it has been spotted earlier few times and also was briefed in an introduction video.

With the presence of other members in C63 family namely Saloon and Estate, C63 Coupe will be the third one to induce consumers lure over it. It is likely to debut at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show in September and would be up for sale by early 2016.

Under the hood, the chances of getting a same engine as seen on the Mercedes AMG C 63 sedan are quite high, which is AMG's new 4.0L Biturbo V8 engine good enough for 476 hp and 650 Nm of torque or the one which is capable of 510 hp and 700 Nm of torque. With more power and less weight, the new C 63 Coupe will be able to reach 62 mph mark from zero in just 4.0 sec before accelerating to a top speed of more than 186 mph. However, its top speed will be limited to 155 mph in-accordance with the other AMG models. The car would take on the likes of BMW M4, which is scheduled for a premiere on August 19.
