KUALA LUMPUR: Proton New Energy Technology Sdn Bhd (PRO-NET), the official importer and distributor of Smart vehicles in Malaysia has appointed five new dealerships in the Peninsular Malaysia region including Melaka, Bangsar, Ipoh, Kedah, and Penang.

All of the new Smart dealerships will incorporate a ‘smart Space’, a one-stop EV adoption centre that will be equipped with DC charging facilities and full sales and service support (quick charging, quick repair services, and a delivery center) for the customers.

Smart future plans for Malaysia
In the future, the brand plans to expand its venture in other regions of the country like the East Coast Peninsula and East Malaysia region. In addition, the automaker plans to introduce the Smart app soon which will allow customers to access information regarding the product, payment, and order.
