Skoda Vision IN Concept's production version to debut soon
KUALA LUMPUR: Do you remember Skoda's Vision IN Concept that made an appearance at the 2020 Auto Expo in India? Well, now it's finally coming into the real-world scenario, in the form of its production-version, named Kushaq. The model is currently limited to the Indian market and will be manufactured there itself as part of the company's India 2.0 plan.
Before getting to Skoda's upcoming car's details, let's first discuss the name which sure seems exotic. Well, as per the automaker, the work Kushaq has been derived from a Sanskrit word Kushak that means king or emperor in English. Also, it goes with the brand's SUV nomenclature, with the letter 'K' at the beginning and 'Q' at the end. For instance, Kamiq, Kodiaq, and Karoq.
