Sisma Auto opens Malaysia’s largest Volvo showroom in Sungai Besi

KUALA LUMPUR: Sisma Auto has opened a new Volvo 3S centre in Sungai Besi. Touted as Volvo’s largest showroom in Malaysia, the Volvo Sisma Auto Sungai Besi 3S centre offers a one-stop solution to Volvo enthusiasts, encompassing sales, service, and genuine spare parts.

The key highlights of Volvo Sisma Auto Sungai Besi 3S centre are as follows - 

• The new centre is a four-storey facility that spans 55,000 sq ft and was developed at a cost of RM 30 million

• The showroom area can accommodate up to 16 brand-new and Selekt pre-owned Volvo cars

• The service centre of the new facility is managed by a Volvo-trained and accredited team ready to cater to the service requirements of all Volvo models, including ICE-powered, hybrid or fully-electric

• All the latest Volvo computer diagnostic tools, special equipment, and wheel alignment and balancing tools are available at the facility

• Furthermore, the centre also houses a 120 kW DC charger for public use, enhancing the accessibility of electric vehicle charging in the area

• Customers can take advantage of the Volvo Sisma Auto Concierge Service, providing the convenience of vehicle pick-up and drop-off at their home or office

• The new Volvo 3S centre also incorporates Volvo’s Retail Sustainable Experience integrating various sustainable initiatives such as rainwater harvesting, solar energy utilisation, energy-efficient lighting, and more

• Additionally, the centre features sustainably sourced and produced furniture, aligning with the brand's commitment to environmental responsibility.

Upon inaugurating Volvo’s largest showroom in Malaysia, Sisma Auto group managing director Syed Khalil Syed Ibrahim said, “We started the Volvo business some six years ago and we had basically outgrown our original service centre in Glenmarie. This bigger and better facility is in response to the needs of our growing customer base. It also supplements our existing sales location in Bukit Bintang, in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City centre.”
