SDAC-Ford hosted the first-ever Ford Inner Circle event in Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR: The sole distributor of Ford vehicles in Malaysia, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), is truly devoted to making its customers happy. From organising exciting weekend getaways to rolling out special festive offers, the company leaves no stone unturned to enhance the vehicle ownership experience. Recently, it hosted the first-Ever Ford Inner Circle event that brought together the next-generation Ranger customers.

SDAC organised the Ford Inner Circle Event at the Sime Darby Motors City in Ara Damansara, where all the customers of the new pickup truck and their families enjoyed Christmas-themed activities. 

A familiarisation workshop led by expert instructors was also a part of the event offering customers a deeper understanding of their next-gen Ranger. These kinds of sessions can help the owners master the high-tech equipment and smart features of the truck so they can utilise its full capability and versatility, says SDAC.

Our desire is to serve them better and deliver next-level customer experiences. Ford Inner Circle is an SDAC-led initiative created exclusively for the Malaysian market. It is a first-of-its-kind event hosted by an automotive brand and offers - 

• A community-based platform where vehicle owners can gather to interact with like-minded individuals 
• Various benefits such as invitations to VIP functions and other exclusive events
• As a part of the Ford Inner Circle, the new Ranger and Raptor customers also get a privilege card, making them entitled to a 30% discount on their first Ford Ranger Getaway

For those who are not aware, the Ford Ranger Getaway is an industry-first outdoor event exclusive to Malaysia, which provides a richer and more immersive experience of “what it means to Live the Ranger Life through a series of handpicked local drive and adventure experiences.”

These comprise a whole range of interesting categories catering to different sorts of customers. From fun city outings with family/friends to outdoor or off-road excursions to foodie trails and being a pilot for a day by flying a plane over Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Ford Ranger Getaway has something for everyone.
