This new model introduces a fresh approach within the Sports Activity Coupé (SAC) segment(BMW talk for SUV), boasting a design that merges sportiness with modernity and superior driving performance.
The introduction of the iX2 xDrive30 in Malaysia, under BMW's stewardship, is a clear move to expand its electric offerings, with this model serving as the first all-electric BMW X2 series.

The BMW iX2 xDrive30 showcases several design and technological advancements. Externally, it features a redesigned BMW kidney grille and adaptive LED headlights that enhance its visibility and aesthetic appeal. Its side profile presents a dynamic silhouette offering a muscular look characterised by a gently sloping roofline, backwards-tapered windows, M high-gloss Shadow line, and long wheelbase.
The special V-spoke style 873 Bicolour 20-inch M light alloy wheels and flush door handles, also helps to emphasize its sporty character.
The interior of the BMW iX2 xDrive30 is designed with an emphasis on digital features and comfort. It is equipped with the BMW Curved Display, which combines a 10.25-inch instrument display and a 10.7-inch control display, aiming to provide a driver-focused interface. The vehicle also features a full-color BMW Head-Up Display that projects driving-related information directly into the driver's field of view.
Additional features include a wireless charging tray with a cooling system, an integrated control panel within the front armrest, automatic tailgate operation, and a Harman Kardon Hi-Fi speaker system. These components are integrated to enhance the vehicle’s digital and user experience.
The interior of the BMW iX2 xDrive30 also includes an M multifunction leather steering wheel, Aluminum Hexacube Pale M interior trim, a luxury instrument panel with improved texture, and “Veganza” leather-alternative upholstery with contrast stitching.
