Nissan teases 400Z prototype new hue
KUALA LUMPUR: Sports car enthusiasts and Nissan performance car fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of the 400Z. This newest addition to the Z family is expected to arrive next year for the model year 2023. Until now, most of you (especially the following the Nissan 400Z updates) must have seen the striking yellow Nissan 400Z, however now we know that there's another tone, this one looks sublet. Seems like Nissan has taken into consideration a wide range of customer choices.
The Nissan 400Z new colour hue was spotted by the folks at NewnissanZ.com in the reveal video of the new Frontier and 2021 Pathfinder. It was when Nissan's Senior Vice President of Global Design, Alfonso Albaisa took everyone on the studio's tour on camera. The new hue in question is clearly visible in the background and in front stands the yellow tone 400Z.
The car in the background is parked horizontally and is sprayed in a medium grey tone that's somewhat between the Gun Metallic and Brilliant Silver hues seen on the 2020 370Z.
Coming to the yellow tone we got to saw earlier, we are really happy that Nissan is experimenting with the hues, as most cars are available in black and white tones.
On the engine front, the car is expected to benefit from the Infiniti Q60 Red Sport 400's mill - a 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 making a maximum power of 400 hp and a peak torque of 457 Nm. What figures will the 400Z propel is in the hands of Nissan to decide, however, a 6-speed manual and an optional automatic unit is part of the 400Z kit.
