There aren’t many 14-seater vehicles available in the country. Nissan understood the need for making an affordable 14-seater that not only get the job done but is comfortable at the same time. Turning this requirement into a reality resulted in the manufacturing of the Nissan NV350 Urvan. There are two variants of the NV350 Urvan available in Malaysia - Private and Commercial. Both of them are very similar in specifications and design and can get 14 people onboard.

Nissan NV350 Urvan is one of the best vans that you can get in Malaysia if you want to carry a large number of people. This has been made possible by making the NV350 Urvan a long vehicle. Comfort

You must be thinking that even with a long wheelbase and length, fitting 14 people is still a challenging task and in order to do so, Nissan must have compromised on space. Optimal engine

Opening up the Nissan NV350 Urvan specs sheet, you’ll find that it is powered by a 2.5-litre inline 4-cylinder diesel engine with 16 valves and DOHC and a VGS (variable geometry system) Turbo Intercooler. This engine is tuned to churn out a max power of 129 PS at 3200 rpm and generate a peak torque of 356 Nm from as low as 1400-2000 rpm. This low-end torque really helps the NV350 Urvan to pull without a fuss even with full load. The transmission on offer is a 5-speed manual, and there is no automatic.

Safety features

You don’t get a plethora of safety features with the Nissan NV350 Urvan because Nissan had to make some cost-cutting to make this vehicle affordable to masses. However, there are some of the basic safety features like Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Brake Assist (BA) which prevents skidding during emergency braking and enhances full braking performance in emergency situations. There is also a manual headlamp levelizer, fuel cap with lock, rear fog lamp, reverse sensors, and a 100 kmph speed limiter.
